WS team 2017
The goal of the integrated project named Schnapps project was to get to know the fermentation and distillation principles by producing wine and Schnapps from a chosen fruit. This project allowed us to develop soft-skills such as managing a planning and a budget, teamwork, weekly presentations, designing of a logo and a website as well as the organisation of a visit of a distillery and the organisation of a party to present the result of our final project to the department.
To complete this project successfully, we exploited knowledge from our bachelor lessons.
