Schn'apple Wine 2018
Schn'apple Wine is the name we gave to our final bachelor project. For the elaboration of this one, we were the main actors of the production of a wine and a schnapps made of apples. This project allowed us to better understand the principles of fermentation and distillation, and also to benefit the learning from previous years.
The realization of our project required the use of all our scientific knowledge. Furthermore, it plunged us into the real conditions of a company. This is how we learned to work as a team and to divide the different tasks, manage a schedule and a budget, create the design of a logo and a website. We also organized a reception and a distillery visit.
